Often an assistant can find themselves in a position where they need to dock a camera where there's a MOY mount or visa versa. The X-Plate allows easy docking for either scenario.

The ratchet system will ensure that any universal sized quick release click plate will dock with a satisfying snap. A push from the lever and another couple of clicks will clamp the camera, safe to walk away.
